Delegate Shott moved to amend the committee substitute by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 2877 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-13-6 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, relating to parking privileges for persons with a mobility impairment; prohibiting public entities from installing or maintaining parking meters in an accessible parking space bearing the international symbol of access.”
